Tropical Imaging isn't a typical studio -- taking pictures and video of family and corporate events.  That's an understatement.  Tropical Imagining helps create and then captures once in a lifetime events to be shared with others -- forever.  Words are often at a loss when clients see their work.  Tears are a normal reaction.

Tropical Imaging hired JS Logan to help identify the long term strategy of the company, including expansion plans and identification of target markets.  Work included naming, service positioning and branding, and web copy for new services.

LexTech is in the business of managing and auditing large legal spend. Their clients include public and private sector organizations who spend  heavily on outside legal services -- sometimes millions of dollars each month.  LexTech identifies questionable billing practices that can lead to  significant cost savings.  Often more powerful is LexTech provides analysis of time spent on legal activities, allowing legal managers to identify best practices and forecast legal expense, thereby managing the business of law.

LexTech outsourced their entire sales and marketing functions to JS Logan, including revenue management. But you probably already know that. 

We wish they were a customer.  How cool would that be?  

If they were real, we'd be all over the Scranton branch -- selling them things like positioning and lead generation services.  We'd like to sell them sales training, but we doubt they'd buy it -- Michael considers himself a sales ace of sort and as such likes to give sales direction as he feels necessary. 

Oh well -- it's fun to dream.
