Here are the most frequently asked questions about our company, services, and solutions:

Will Jim Logan personally work on project?

Typically, yes.  There are exceptions for larger projects, but typically Jim Logan will personally work on your project.  In all cases, Jim will be personally involved in the project, oversee, and approve of all work performed on your project. Our standards of excellence and approach to sales and marketing will never be compromised -- ever.

How long have you been in business?

JS Logan began business in July 2002.  We've proudly served customers since that time.

Do you serve B2C customers?

Yes.  The approach we take to content marketing and copywriting applies equally to B2B and B2C markets.  While there are differences between the two, the similarities of value and decision making placed on benefits, difference, and reason to believe tie the underlying foundation of our approach such that we have enjoyed success serving both markets.

What are your prices?

All of our pricing is based on the project we are retained to deliver.  We do not quote hourly or other time-based rates.  Each project is custom quoted to deliver a maximum value in a win/win business relationship.  You'll find our prices competitive and of great value.

What are your terms?

Terms can vary, but generally, 50% of a project total is due at the time or project acceptance.  The second 50% is typically due 30 days following project acceptance.  Exceptions are made for larger projects with multiple deliverables and greater length of engagement.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We wish we could, but it's impossible to guarantee the outcome of our work -- anyone in our business who does isn't sincere.  The only thing near a guarantee we can offer is our heart-felt promise to work in your best interest and offer the best advice, opinion, and effort we can to aid your success.
